Arctic Char are known for their excellent taste. This one (just to the right) was raised at the Hinchinbrooke Hatchery and grown in our spring and brook fed ponds. Statistics: 2 year old 4 pound male in full spawning colors.	Arctic Char

Above, Garth Jr has a 3 year old Male Donaldson Steelhead weighing in at 10 pounds. This guy is now a papa of many thousands of beautiful new fish at the Hatchery.	Above, Garth Jr holds a 2 year old Female Donaldson Steelhead weighing in at 6 pounds and full of eggs for the next generation. She can live 7-8 years and spawn every year for about 5 years.
